What is Hypnotherapy?
It is a Therapy which uses Hypnosis to induce a trance like state. Everyone has the ability to do this as they can naturally slip into this state through being absorbed in an act such as watching TV, reading a book, using computers or even driving. Hypno-Psychotherapy is a form of Psychotherapy which is a treatment for mental and emotional problems. In a Hypnotic state, psychotherapeutic techniques are used to help people to change aspects of their behaviour, debilitating beliefs or negative thought patterns.

However, the difference with hypnosis is that you learn to do this automatically without feeling deprived, or that you are on a diet. The subconsious easily takes on board these suggestions as we use hypnosis to train the mind to become satisfied with smaller amounts of food. A totally safe and non-intrusive hypnotic procedure which is far cheaper and safer than undergoing surgery. We have seen results with all sizes, and is equally effective for those with a few pounds to lose, or those with stones to lose.
